46.This section enables the adjudicator to obtain information on an arbitration carried out by a person appointed by the adjudicator, either from that person or from the parties to the arbitration. The purpose of this to help the adjudicator carry out their functions, such as preparing annual reports and providing advice and guidance on the code.
