Remuneration S

23 S The adjudicator may, in accordance with a determination by the Scottish Ministers, pay to, or in respect of, the person holding the office of Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator—

(a) remuneration,

(b) allowances (including expenses),

(c) sums by way of, or in respect of, pensions.
