2 Removal of default time limit

(1) The Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner Act 2002 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 6(5) (admissibility of complaints)—

(a) after paragraph (c), insert “and”,

(b) paragraph (e) and the “and” immediately preceding it are repealed.
