2 Removal of default time limit S

(1) The Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner Act 2002 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 6(5) (admissibility of complaints)—

(a) after paragraph (c), insert “ and ”,

(b) paragraph (e) and the “and” immediately preceding it are repealed.
