26Revocation of a compliance noticeS
This section has no associated Explanatory Notes
(1)The Commissioner may revoke a compliance notice.
(2)A compliance notice may be revoked—
(a)at any time before completion of the steps that are to be taken to comply with it,
(b)by issuing a notice in writing to that effect to the person to whom the compliance notice was issued.
