26 Revocation of a compliance notice S

(1) The Commissioner may revoke a compliance notice.

(2) A compliance notice may be revoked—

(a) at any time before completion of the steps that are to be taken to comply with it,

(b) by issuing a notice in writing to that effect to the person to whom the compliance notice was issued.
