4 (1) The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 is amended as follows. S

(2) In schedule 5, after the entry relating to Scottish Local Authorities Remuneration Committee insert— “ Scottish National Investment Bank p.l.c. ”.

(3) In schedule 8, after the entry relating to Scottish Local Authorities Remuneration Committee insert— “ Scottish National Investment Bank p.l.c. ”.
