Prosecutions for illegal practicesS
16(1)A person who commits an illegal practice under any provision of this schedule is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.S
(2)On a prosecution for such an illegal practice it is sufficient to allege that the person charged has committed an illegal practice.
