5(1)The counting officer must prepare a list (the “corresponding number list”) which complies with paragraph (2).S
(2)The corresponding number list must—
(a)contain the unique identifying numbers of all ballot papers to be issued in accordance with rule 8(1) or provided in accordance with rule 13(1), and
(b)be in the form prescribed.
