I115Clarification of order-making power

The Children (Scotland) Act 1995 is modified as follows.

In section 11 (court orders relating to parental responsibilities etc.), after subsection (2) insert—

An order doing any of the things mentioned in subsection (2) is to be regarded as an order in relation to at least one of the matters mentioned in subsection (1).
