In section 35 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 (fit and proper person: criminal record information), in subsection (2), for the words from “criminal” to “1997 (c. 50))” substitute “ Level 1 disclosure (within the meaning of section 1 of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020) ”.
