(b)section 58 (convicted thief in possession),
(c)section 60 (powers of search and seizure).
101SAn offence under section 22 of the Rent (Scotland) Act 1984 (unlawful eviction and harassment of occupier).
102SAn offence under section 85(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000 (prohibition on sending certain articles by post).
103SAn offence under any of the following provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005—
(a)section 67 (offences in connection with disclosure notices or search warrants),
(b)section 129 (corresponding Scottish offence),
(c)section 145 (interference with contractual relationships so as to harm animal research organisation),
(d)section 146 (intimidation of persons connected with animal research organisation).
