An offence under any of the following provisions of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999—

(a)

section 105 (false representations),

(b)

section 106 (dishonest representations),

(c)

any of the following paragraphs of schedule 11—

(i)

paragraph 1 (obtaining certificates of authorisation by false pretences),

(ii)

paragraph 4 (assaulting a detainee custody officer),

(iii)

paragraph 5 (obstructing detainee custody officers).
