42An offence under any of the following provisions of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015—
(a)section 1 (offence of human trafficking),
(b)section 4 (slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour),
(c)section 32(1) (breach of certain orders).
