42 S An offence under any of the following provisions of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015—

(a) section 1 (offence of human trafficking),

(b) section 4 (slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour),

(c) section 32(1) (breach of certain orders).
