SCHEDULE Boundaries Scotland: modification of enactments

Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003

6 In schedule 2 of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (the specified authorities), under the heading “Advisory bodies”—

(a) before the entry for the Judicial Appointments Board for Scotland insert—

• “Boundaries Scotland”,

(b) the entry for the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland is repealed.
