Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 S

4 S In Part 2 of schedule 2 of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002, under the heading “Scottish public authorities”—

(a) after paragraph 20A insert—

“20AA Boundaries Scotland”,

(b) paragraph 28 is repealed.
