SCHEDULE S Boundaries Scotland: modification of enactments

Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 S

7 (1) The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 is amended as follows. S

(2) In schedule 5 (improvement of public functions: listed bodies), under the heading “Scottish public authorities with mixed functions or no reserved functions”—

(a) after the entry for Bòrd na Gàidhlig insert— “ Boundaries Scotland ”,

(b) the entry for the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland is repealed.

(3) In schedule 8 (information on exercise of public functions: listed public bodies)—

(a) after the entry for Bòrd na Gàidhlig insert— “ Boundaries Scotland ”,

(b) the entry for the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland is repealed.
