SCHEDULE S Boundaries Scotland: modification of enactments

House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 S

2 S In Part 2 of schedule 1 of the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975—

(a) after the entry for the Board of the Pension Protection Fund insert— “ Boundaries Scotland ”,

(b) the entry for the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland is repealed.
