14Validity of things done
The validity of anything done by South of Scotland Enterprise, its committees or sub-committees is not affected by—
(a)
a vacancy in membership or the office of chief executive,
(b)
a defect in the appointment of a member or the chief executive,
(c)
the disqualification of a person as a member after appointment.
