South of Scotland Enterprise Act 2019, Cross Heading: Transfers from Scottish Enterprise is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 22 May 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)On the day this section comes into force, the transferring property (including rights) and liabilities of Scottish Enterprise are transferred to, and vest in, South of Scotland Enterprise.
(2)The Scottish Ministers are to identify the transferring property and liabilities by regulations.
