81Civil jurisdiction of summary sheriffs
(1)
The Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 is amended as follows.
(2)
In schedule 1 (civil jurisdiction of summary sheriff), after paragraph 4 insert—
“Proceedings relating to children under the age of criminal responsibility
