There is to be an independent reviewer for the purposes of—
(a)
reviewing information concerning behaviour of persons when under 12 years of age before the disclosure of such F1information in a Level 2 disclosure, and
(b)
exercising other functions conferred on the reviewer by or under this Act or any other enactment.
