15Procedure for making regulations

Regulations under this Part may—
a
make different provision for different purposes (including provision of temporary or local effect),
b
include incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision.

Regulations under this Part—
a
if enabled by section 9(1), are subject to the affirmative procedure,
b
otherwise, are subject to the negative procedure.
