46ACall-in of applications by Scottish Ministers: further provision

The Scottish Ministers must lay before the Scottish Parliament and publish, in such manner as they consider appropriate, a statement setting out the circumstances in which they consider it appropriate to give directions as mentioned in section 46(1).

The Scottish Ministers may from time to time publish a revised or replacement statement under subsection (1).
