Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018

The Act

3.The Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018 (“the Act”) creates a specific statutory offence of domestic abuse and makes a number of associated changes to criminal procedure, evidence and sentencing in domestic abuse cases.
