Any power of the Scottish Ministers to make regulations under this Act includes power to make—
a
incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision,
b
different provision for different purposes.

Regulations—
a
under section 7(3),
b
under section 9(1),
c
under section 21(1),
d
under section 24(1),
are subject to the affirmative procedure.

This section does not apply to regulations under section 30(1) or 31(2).
