a solicitor enrolled in the roll of solicitors kept under section 7 of the Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1980,

a member of the Faculty of Advocates,

any other person who may exercise a right of audience or conduct litigation in civil proceedings on behalf of a party to the proceedings.
