(1)Section 5 of the 1968 Act (powers of the Scottish Ministers) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (1), after “Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 1)” insert “and the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016”.
(3)In subsection (1B), after paragraph (t) insert—
“(u)the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016.”.
