SCHEDULE S MODIFICATIONS OF THE EDUCATION (ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FOR LEARNING) (SCOTLAND) ACT 2004

22 S In section 31 (duty to inform in writing or alternative permanent form), after the word “parent”—

(a) where it first occurs, insert “ , child who has attained the age of 12 years ”, and

(b) where it second occurs, insert “ , child ”.
