SCHEDULE S MODIFICATIONS OF THE EDUCATION (ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FOR LEARNING) (SCOTLAND) ACT 2004

18 S In section 26 (publication of information by education authority)—

(a) in subsection (2)(f)—

(i) the word “and” immediately following sub-paragraph (i) is repealed, and

(ii) after that sub-paragraph insert—

“(ia) children having additional support needs and who have attained the age of 12 years, and”, and

(b) in subsection (2A), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) in the case of such a child who has attained the age of 12 years, the child,”.
