22Sections 19, 20 and 21: regulations(1)

This section applies in relation to regulations under section 19, 20 or 21.

(2)

The regulations may include such supplementary, incidental, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision as the Scottish Ministers consider appropriate.

(3)

The regulations may modify any enactment (including, in the case of regulations under section 20, this Act).

(4)

The regulations are subject to the affirmative procedure.
