10 Exclusion from Parliamentary proceedings

In section 16 (exclusion from proceedings of the Parliament), for the words from “any” to “15” there is substituted “section 3, 5, 6, 8A(4) and (5), 13 or 14 or a measure taken by the Parliament under section 15”.
