The Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985 is amended as follows.

In section 14(5)(b) (incidental orders), for the words “41 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985” there is substituted “ 114 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.

In section 16(3)(b) (agreements on financial provision), for the words “10(5) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985” there is substituted “ 17(7) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.
