26(1)The Legal Services (Scotland) Act 2010 is amended as follows.
(2)In section 58(3)(a) (conditions for disqualification)—
(a)the words “or undertaking” are omitted, and
(b)after the words “1985,” there is inserted “the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016,”.
(3)In section 64(3)(b) (factors as to fitness)—
(a)the words “or undertaking” are omitted, and
(b)after the words “1985,” there is inserted “the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016,”.
