10SIn Part 2 of schedule 2 of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 (civil legal aid: excepted proceedings), in paragraph 3(d), for the words “5(2)(a) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985” there is substituted “ 2(1)(a) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.
