16SIn section 87(4) of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 (interpretation), for the words “5 to the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (c.66)” there is substituted “ 4 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.
