In section 14(9) of the Scottish Commission for Human Rights Act 2006 (power to intervene), for “Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1976 (c.14)” substitute “ Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc. (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.
