Homelessness etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 S

8 S In section 11(5) of the Homelessness etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, after paragraph (g) there is inserted—

“(h) section 56 of the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016.”.
