15SA tenancy cannot be a private residential tenancy if it arises as a result of a Scottish secure tenancy or a short Scottish secure tenancy (within the meaning of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001) being assigned, sublet or otherwise given up (see section 32(7) of the 2001 Act).
