Social housing

A tenancy cannot be a private residential tenancy if the landlord is—

(a)

a local authority landlord within the definition given in section 11 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001,

(b)

a registered social landlord within the definition given in section 165 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010,

(c)

a co-operative housing association within the definition given in section 1 of the Housing Associations Act 1985, or

(d)

Scottish Water.
