125 General interpretation

In this Act—

• “the 1991 Act” means the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991,

• “the 2003 Act” means the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003,

• “Land Court” means the Scottish Land Court.
