I1122Use of land for non-agricultural purposes: requests for information

The 2003 Act is amended as follows.

In section 40—
a
in subsection (5), for paragraph (b) substitute—
b
where the landlord has made a request for information under subsection (6), the date falling 70 days from the making of the request, if later than the date so specified,

for subsection (6) substitute—

The landlord may, on one occasion within 30 days of the giving of the notice of diversification, request the tenant to provide the landlord with relevant information.

in subsection (12), for paragraph (a) substitute—
a
where the landlord has made a request for information under subsection (6), 60 days from the making of the request,
