19(1)The 2003 Act is amended as follows.
(2)In section 91 (orders and regulations)—
(a)in subsection (3)(a), “, 25(7)” is repealed,
(b)in subsection (3)(b)—
(i)after “section” insert “5B(3), 9A(3),”,
(ii)for “25(3) or 26(2)” substitute “18A(4)(b)(ii), 26(2), 38A(4)(c), 38B(6)(e), 38L(4)(c) or 38P(2)”,
(c)in subsection (4)(b)—
(i)after “section” insert “9B(3), 9C(6),”,
