Section 86 – Modern limited duration tenancies: subletting
416.Section 86 amends the 2003 Act by inserting a new section 7A after section 7 (assignation and subletting of limited duration tenancies), enabling an MLDT to be sublet only if the lease for the MLDT explicitly allows it.
