(1)

In the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000, in schedule 3 (devolved public bodies), after the entry relating to the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service insert— “ The Scottish Fiscal Commission ”.

In the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, in Part 2 of schedule 1 (non-ministerial office holders in the Scottish Administration), after paragraph 18A insert—
