12Annual report
(1)
The Commission must, as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year—
(a)
prepare and publish a report on its activities during the year,
(b)
lay a copy of the report before the Scottish Parliament, and
(c)
send a copy of the report to the Scottish Ministers.
(2)
The Commission may publish its reports under this section in such manner as it considers appropriate.
