in the case of a company (within the meaning of the Companies Act 2006)—
(i)
the name of the company,
(ii)
its registered number,
(iii)
the address of its registered office,
(iv)
the names of its directors and of any secretary, F3...

the names of any shadow directors,

its registered email address, and
(vii)
the telephone number (if any) for its registered office,
(each of the expressions in sub-paragraphs (i) to (vi) having the same meaning as in that Act),
