Duty to monitor
I116Clerk's duty to monitor compliance
1
The Clerk must monitor compliance with the duties imposed by or under this Act on—
a
persons who engage in regulated lobbying, and
b
voluntary registrants.

In monitoring compliance the Clerk must have regard to the parliamentary guidance (see section 43).
