95 Courts reform: spent provisions

In schedule 3 to the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, the following provisions are repealed—

(a) in paragraph 10, sub-paragraphs (4), (5) and (8),

(b) paragraph 22,

(c) paragraph 25.
